Innovative appointment of property litigator

We have moved to strengthen the quality and range of our service offering to clients by appointing leading property litigator Vivien King as a consultant.

Vivien will be assisting in the relationship of our partners and surveyors with our clients and other advisers, including lawyers.  Vivien's particular expertise will reflect that of ours in areas including dilapidations, service charges, disability discrimination, 'green' issues, boundary disputes, party walls and rights to light.  Together we will be able to offer high-quality, practical surveying advice, seminars and workshops.
